Howfield is small enough to be intimate and feel very private, yet has enough space around it to give you a real sense of freedom, and room to breathe.  Only  minutes away from the city centre of Canterbury, Howfield is  in a rural location, surrounded by the rolling hills of the North Downs, and fruit trees as far as the eye can see.  It is steeped in history, having been in existence since the time that the Pilgrims Way just up the road brought travellers to Canterbury, but yet it can provide wireless connections for keeping in touch – should you wish to work rather than relax.

Our rooms are all equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, mini fridges, Satelite TV,  radio alarm clock, blackout curtains, telephones, internet connections, thermostatic controlled heating, information pack, hairdryer, desk, safe, iron & ironing board, and a trouser press.
